Why Eblen?
Honda, “The Power Of Dreams” is the tagline of this prestige car maker. What could be worse than driving along in that very dream you’ve made come true, only to have it taken away from you in an instant thanks to an accidental car crash.
Manufacturer Approved
Car manufacturers are unique, each utilizing their own methods, materials, and technology to design and build their own products. Because each is unique, when a car is collision-damaged it is imperative to follow that car-maker’s protocols for repair to ensure the car is road-worthy, and passengers are safe.
Automotive technology advances so quickly, it is imperative for a body shop to have a good, working relationship with the manufacturers of the vehicles they work on the most.
This is why Eblen Collision Repairs are proud to be certified by the following vehicle manufacturers.

Your Rights
Everyone deserves to drive or ride in a safely repaired vehicle; one that will perform properly in the event of a subsequent collision. But don’t leave safety to chance. Ask questions about the parts that will be used, and how your car will be repaired. Ask about the technicians’ training and if the shop is “certified” or “recognized” within the collision repair community. Ask if the shop follows the car maker’s recommended repair procedures and protocols. You have rights, but rights must be exercised. Get involved in the repair of your vehicle.
Genuine Parts
If your vehicle has been repaired after a crash or as part of general maintenance, it’s possible that non-genuine parts may have been fitted without your knowledge.
Non-genuine parts can’t necessarily promise the same quality and safety attributes that come with a genuine part.
If your vehicle needs replacement parts following a collision or during servicing and maintenance, it is essential that genuine parts are fitted. Genuine parts are new and the only parts approved and warranted by the vehicle’s maker.
You can only guarantee you will get genuine parts by sourcing them through the vehicle maker’s authorised supply chain — use anything else and you may be taking a risk.
2. Turn off your vehicle, and turn on the hazard lights.
3. If your vehicle is damaged to the point of needing to be towed, a tow truck will be dispatched by the Government Registered Towing Roster (can be contacted on 08 8231 5555) you just need to ask for your vehicle to be towed to our workshop… IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED TO A REPAIRER OF YOUR CHOICE.
5. Call the police, even if the accident is minor. A police report can be invaluable to the claim process and help establish who's at fault.
