2023 Subaru XV Or Now Known As the Crosstrek

Subaru Crosstrek 2023

The Subaru XV title has been retired. With a fresh appearance, additional technology, and hybrid power, the new vehicle will sport the Crosstrek badge internationally.

The XV has been badged the Crosstrek in the US since it launched in 2012 – but for the third generation, Subaru is taking the name global, replacing the XV name everywhere.

Power outputs are yet to be released to the public. With a continuously-variable automatic transmission (CVT) sending power to all four wheels, The outgoing XV produced 110kW/196Nm from its engine and 12.3kW from its electric motor, so we assume it will be similar.
